Alice Lee

Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from The University of Hong Kong. She assists partners and senior counsel across abroad spectrum of commercial litigation and international arbitration matters. Her experience encompasses contractual claims, shareholder disputes, intellectual property enforcement, employment matters, and appellate proceedings.

Alice is currently working on the following cases:

•  Recognition and enforcement of a UK arbitration award in the Hong Kong High Court involving sanctions issues;

•  HKIAC arbitration between a blockchain gaming company and a Web3 accelerator

•  Hong Kong High Court anti-suit injunction on behalf of a German bank subsidiary to restrain Russian debt recovery proceedings;

•  Hong Kong High Court action concerning Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract disputes;

•  Recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award in the Hong Kong High Court against a sovereign state and its state-owned enterprises.
