• Hong Kong High Court proceedings representing a Thai fabric manufacturer to recover unpaid purchase price including obtaining summary judgement and garnishee order for judgment debt.

• High Court proceedings on behalf of a Chinese textiles company to enforce restrictive covenants including non-competition against a past executive.
